No Cell Phones

Please be aware that campers will not be allowed to have cell phones in their possession during Inner Circle Camp. This is a very important policy for a number of reasons, and we plan to strictly enforce it during our week of camp.

Cell phones will be collected during on-site registration on Sunday, June 29. Each cell phone will be placed in a plastic zippered bag, the camper's name will be written on the bag, and the phone will be safely stored for the camper throughout the week. Cell phones will be returned to campers upon departure.

The best thing for campers would be to not even bring your cell phone with you to camp, or to send it back home with Mom and Dad after on-site registration on Sunday. That way, you won't have to hassle with checking it in and then remembering to retrieve it on Friday.

Schedule

On-site Registration begins at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 29, and runs until 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at Camp no later than about 4:30 PM to make sure you have enough time to get through the registration line.

On Friday evening, July 4, we will wrap up the week with our Closing Program at 6:00 PM. Parents are encouraged to attend. Campers will be released to their parents (or group chaperones) after the program, as soon as all cabins have passed final inspection.

Registration Deadline

Just a reminder that June 16, 2008 is the postmark deadline for mailing in your Camper Enrollment. There will be no walk-on registrations this year, so be sure to get your enrollment forms mailed before the deadline!
